It's really not bad. It'll drag the tail corners on extreme dips, like pulling out of my terrible driveway. But normal lumps and bumps and crowns on the road aren't a problem.
Agreed though, having some sort of bagged cantilever design would be even better. There are a few companies out there that make them. Pretty neat, but more $$$ than I'm willing to spend personally.
