id check your clutch free play. if there isnt enough free play and u go driving normally your clutch will burn and ull smell it, along with slipage. but these puck style clutches are wicked resiliant.
on a side note, when ur slave leaks clutch will engage earlier(to the point ur moving with clutch in). but if either master or slave wont release, youll get slippage. burs in lines also cause this. the clutch fork pivot ball can cause it too. did you change your throwout bearing?
