No need to get q45 brackets. Just did this swap a few weeks ago and it's really simple and easy. After you do the first one you kinda go like "well wtf that was stupid easy" and do the second one super fast.
But yeah all you'll need is the calipers, rotors, trim the dust/heat shield (I didn't like that idea myself so I just took a little extra time to remove it completely and I think it's worth it.), bleed the brakes, and done.
If you want to remove the dust/heat shield you'll need a breaker bar and I believe it was 33mm or 30mm. Idk. Up to you.
Swap was very worth it, you'll like it.
