I have had Q45 calipers sitting in my garage for a while now, and (long story short) my brakes are finally going bad, so I just bought ceramic pads and rotors.
I first need to find a shop that can re-drill the rotors for 4-lug. Are there any considerations/complications with this that I should be aware of?
Also I have a friend with a sand blaster so I wanted to clean up the calipers and paint them red while its easy.

Also out of curiosity, I have some J30 rear calipers, and was wondering if they would fit the rear (if they are better at all anyway)? I got them when I was trying to get a J30 rear end and the junkyard was so lazy they just cut out the whole rear subframe and gave it to me for $100
