Once again... I have a pair of 300zx front calipers for sale. The calipers are 26mm and are the preferred light weight aluminum units. The calipers were in working condition before they were stripped, powder coated black, and then finally rebuilt with Nissan OEM rebuild kits. These come with a good set of used brake pads. There is NO difference in the stopping power between the 26mm calipers verses the 30mm calipers. The 30mm rotor does have a higher heat capacity which greater prevents brake fade, however, it is not a noticeable difference regarding the 240sx. In terms of weight differences between the 26mm aluminum calipers and the 30mm aluminum calipers, it is insignificant. There is a weight difference of a couple pounds though between the aluminum and iron units obviously.
