Thanks for the info. I work in a welding shop, so gonna look into fabricating this myself. I was interested in removing the striker rod to modify it. Finally found the info.
Remove the 6 10mm bolts on the cover on top of trans.
There is a pin inside a pin, need to remove both at the same time, but don't tap them out into the trans. Use a shop towel to put under the pins to catch them. After the pins are out slide the striker rod out the rear of the trans.
