Its a performance product, I did have a manufacturers 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. Though no if you use them on the track and at drift events or autocross there is no warranty. That is common racing performance product policy.
With that said I have been selling them for over 10 years and have lots of happy customers that have had them on their cars for years. Who do autocross , drift and track them
I will say you need to run some sort of heatsheld i.e. at least the Nissan factory one on the exhaust side. I use to make and sell heatshields as well but that production has already ended.
