A complete S13 sr20det engine, running from a car in Japan runs $1200~

by the time it gets to america with 59 of its brothers and sisters, the price is right at $1600 for a complete, running engine with 50-100k. (cost, not retail) including all electronics and sensors

Your price is almost double what someone would expect to pay for a bucket of parts from 1992~ era, especially for a block with unknown machine work done to it. And having one rebuilt lowers its value even further, since there are very few rebuilt sr20det engines that last very long, it is unlikely you have a motor which will go very many miles.
