It will put the engine about 1/2 inch lower than one equipped with Nismo mounts as far as stock mounts go that is a question mark. Reason being a lot of peoples stock mounts are severely worn and sag significantly.

Are you specifically trying to raise your engine? I know some drifters get the idea that they are protecting their oil pan better by trying to do that. Truth be told raising your engine raises your center of gravity and can upset handling in our cars. You want to either keep it in stock position or lower. My mounts do not drop your oil down below the crossmember either. If one is low enough to be concerned about ones oil pan then they should use a skid plate . Which is actually a good idea for any lowered car seeing competition of any sort.
