Probably around 80% completed the spot welding at this point. Wasn't too much more to go before the cleanup could begin on it all.
I buggered up beating out the floor. If it doesn't turn out better I'll need to resort to cutting it out and welding a boxed section in. I have afew ideas on howto make this look ok if it has to happen.
This poor little wire brush has had a hard life. The one next to it isn't full size either!
I removed the rear hatch lock which will now be replaced with lockable flush pins.
I also ordered something from japan was pretty excited about it actually not that anyone else will be :P
Made a rough pizza box template of how I'd like the floor box to be if we have to take that route.
To hide this not so handy amateur panel beating work :P
Getting rid of some sharp edges.
