DNC opposes a wall because it's going to limit their access to more poor, uneducated government reliant, socialist leaning voters to keep them in power. The DNC doesn't want to lift anyone out of poverty. They want you to be totally dependent on them to keep voting for them and keep them and their allies wealthy and in power.
AOC will have made a million bucks by the end of 2020 after all her interviews and speaking engagements. Her idiot supporters will still be poor thinking how unfair it is she needs to pay $3k a month for an apartment.

He won because everything points to at minimum, the trump admin feeding information to Russian troll farms to DIRECTLY influence the election.
