No, its the Spirit Rei Miyabi 180sx. You know, the same guys who made the s13 coupe with the Honda Odyssey headlights. I haven't seen anyone in the US with that aero yet.

Some ppl have no taste. I think the front bumper helps make the old ass s13 look more contemporary & more closely resembles this:
