That's basically every 240 out there, no real surprise. At least the chasis/body look pretty clean.
Most likely you don't need another engine, Kingtal0n is just being overly anal and fussy because that's who he is. However, most of the stuff he's mentioning needs to be done. Go over the ENTIRE car from front to back, top to bottom, with a fine toothed comb. You'll find all sorts of awesome surprises. Check the engine and drivetrain thoroughly and do ALL the maintenance items. You could hook up a battery to the starter even with the engine out of the car and do a compression test just to verify it's good.
