Not really sure, do some research and visit a few jdm engine facilities in atlanta.
Get a feel for them and their product, buy from where you feel most comfortable with, first impressions will tell you how they do business.
And of course check the engines thoroughly, bring a frriend that knows what to look at/for.
I know there's a few places around your area.
