I received the item I paid for today after almost 2 weeks of waiting in the dark with no idea if it was ever gonna show up. Russ did send the Z32 MAF that I had expected along with the pigtail. Other than the long wait, and being left in the dark as to the status of the package, he did deliver what he said he would.

Edit: I did delete my previous posts to clean up this thread.
