@LoSt180 so you're saying theoretically I can stuff the S13 ring and stubs components into my diff? I plan on using the original ABS housing so the pinion will remain attached.

Your S14 ABS diff is VLSD, and that S13 you grabbed is most likely an open diff. You're better off just rebuilding the s14 diff. Or at least having a transmission/differential shop diagnose what the actual problem is.
