I always wished I had enough spare money for my hobby AND investing.
I go crazy when trying to invest because I know the basics, buy low, but I never know when low is achieved ( if that makes any sense ).
So basically. when a company is in 'trouble' that is a good time but then I start thinking, 'Would they go under?'
