Check the wires on the pump for proper function, and although it may sound stupid, make sure you have it wired correctly. My Gtr pump fit in fine but there were some loose wires left, as those pumps adjust their duty cycle in a gtr according to how much fuel they need to pump. In an S chassis it is running hard no matter what.

Thanks sills. I'll have to check it out when I get some time off work later this week. I conveniently had an appointment at TF works, so hopefully it'll be like having a whole new car in the next week or so.
