You people minus the last poster are all dense. If he removes collars its not going to lower the car because he has the height adjustment as low as it will possibly go in the housing, you can either do what that guy did, which I wouldn't because I don't trust anyone I know with a welder, or cut the threaded insert some and clean up the edge
