i got the bimmer back today. the low side fuel pump was dead, which they replaced. they looked into my speaker issue and i feel like an idiot for this but there was actually a loose piece of paper under the seat that was causing the rattle lmao. they also replaced the window weather strip and washed the car for me.
im going to call bmw and open up a record of all of the issues that i have been having -- this is 2 pretty major events. if i hit 3 then im going to start looking into some kind of compensation like extending the warranty or something or returning the vehicle
