??? There is a nut on the top stud and a nut on the bottom stud. I am not sure what picture you are talking about? Maybe you ar looking at the heat shield pic and your seeing the reflection of the nut off the glass table top?

Plus those nuts at nyloc and whatever you do, do not torque them down with a impact gun or air ratchet. All you to do is hand tighten them.

P.S. People we have a new heat shield design it bells out a bit more for better breathing room. I will post new pics soon. Some of the latest orders received them.
