I tell the buyer when I'll have it out to them once they have purchased or if they ask.
It's usually a Saturday because of my work schedule.
Never really had any problems, even when its been 5 business days.
I think I've only had one time where it took a little longer and I let the guy know as soon as it happened and gave him the option for a refund.
He said he would wait and I got it out a couple of days later.
For big ticket items (coils, wheels, etc), I've left work early to take care of asap.
