The only geometry that changes is that more camber is introduced (can be wound out with adjustable camber tops) and the scrub radius is increased 25mm's which as mentioned previously is exactly the same as running a +25mm spacer.
Having an 18x10 -19 offset wheel and trying to get lots of steering lock without having +50mm or more lengthened LCA's is going to be impossible.
