Is there a difference between the tomei throttle body and the oem throttle body? There seems to be one HELL of a mark up on these. Here is a link to the throttle body that includes adapters.

Somebody please HELP! Both throttle bodys are 70mm. One seems to be more shiny than the other and thats about it. Does tomei modify these throttle bodys or something? The price difference just doesnt make any sense.
