Bump, local trade fell through, make some offers.
*Just to toss it out there... I also have new Fueled Racing LHD Headers for S14 if you wanted to put this on your 95-98 240SX. You would still need a trans crossmember and driveshaft, the price/value can be adjusted accordingly since those components would be essentially missing.
