I'll chime in.

I've owned 7 AE86's, with my last one being an imported RHD Levin hatch. I'll tell you that your numbers are off. Even with ITB's and a rebuild, you're looking at 135-145 HP. 16V motors don't benefit that much from ITB's like you are suggesting.

Other than that, it does look clean. My red and black hatch was in prestine, and I mean prestine condition and I sold it for 12.5K, and mine was as original as it could be. If you're looking for a price, with current going rates, I would say 9-10.5K. If you can get more, that's cool. I also hate overpriced AE86's so whoever is wanting to sell their's for 15K, come on. There is a really nice RHD AE86 hatch, that was on club4ag for 8K.
