Fronts, not with those tires. You'd need to go undersized and stretched. 225/40-18s might even be too big if you're lowered. You gotta understand that these cars run small overall diameter wheels. Also the 10j +20 might rub coilovers up front.
Wider fenders up front will help you with some clearance but wont fix it all. 20mm fenders are the norm but 30mm is be better if you can find it. Rears, you'd need atleast 50mm with some bowing out.
