F-SID Innovations Spacers...

Herro.

S13 hatchet, 4 lug.

Review of eBay spacers (F-SID Innovations) 25mm.

Well, long story short, when I bought the car it came with spacers and it was alright for couple of months. Then, front left wheel started getting loose. I thought the studs from the spacers got stripped, eventually I found out that they just snapped clean and I was driving on 3 studs for 3 months, then 2 studs for couple of weeks. It was all fine until I was driving on one stud... Yeah, no fun.

Well, I ordered these spacers from eBay seller carpart5000 thinking they are gonna be OK since it's not a track car, just a daily commuter.
I bought a set of two spacers, only used one since the other wheels was perfectly fine.

Now why did I buy the spacers? I went full retard thinking that my wheels would not clear the shocks because they are +40 offset ADR Phantoms...

So I drove around for two months on this spacer, then the car was not moving for two months. Right after I got the car back, another spacer broke. Moral: always check your wheels after someone else takes them off and puts them back on again.

Three out of four studs on the passenger side front wheel broke while driving and making a left turn. Wheels was wobbling like hell, luckily I was able to pull into an empty parking lot and put on a spare I had.

I had a spare spacer left, so I used it. Properly torqued and re-torqued after 100 miles.

Same story, I heard something metal hit the ground yesterday. As I was telling my friends what happened with the old spacers, I went to show them what the spacer is and to my surprise I was missing a lug nut. One of four snapped clean again while driving.

I was going to put on a spare and look for a new set of wheels, but I just decided to test out the fitment without the spacers. EVERYTHING FITS PERFECTLY. Palmfaced myself when I realized that I had stepped into a zone that's beyond full retard.

Right now, I removed all the spacers from the car. My wheels look really tucked in, but I don't really care as long as it's safe and it works.

To sum it up, I would not recommend using any eBay brand spacers on your cars. Not even studs or nuts. They all snap clean. You don't want to feel your wheel wobbling while driving. Not the best feeling in the world.

They look like this:
