Did you check you fluid levels? you might need to add more...



Most likely you just have a short somewhere in the wiring, start with the dash and work your way back.
It's something affecting all the lights so it dosen't sound like it's in the engine bay, well to me, So I would start there.
could be as simple as 2 wires that just rubbed together, ours cars are over 20 years old now...
