I kinda ruled that out because I used a lisle funnel very carefully. Not to say that it purged all the bubbles out...and it may have just been that. But I was almost certain I had all the bubbles out already I'll fill the system again and see if it happens again. Maybe I'll jack up the rear end of the car to make sure the Radiator is the lowest point and bubbles cant get stuck there. I'll let you guys know how it goes
