Full soft will have you bouncing on dips and bumps.
Full stiff will have a rather teeth chattering effect with some coils.
On my fortune autos (though i'm not slammed, only tucking a little tire), I have like 12-15 clicks, which is almost halfway.
Find a setting that you find comfortable enough on the street..
