i did some google, and luckily i just so happen to have some of the stuff they use to dissolve asphalt. that and i'll be complaining to the city saying it poses a safety hazard as there is an elderly woman who lives next to me and the ambulance will take longer to get to her in the event of an emergency because of the speed bumps lol

If they are that bad, there is a legal height and size they arent allowed to exceed. I would look that up for your city and measure. Then include that in with your complaints etc.
