Another way of removing spot welds. And this is how I do it. I find a lot of the "Spot weld" drill bits blow serious monkey splooge.
I simple get a small punch. Punch the centre. Small drill bit. Drill small hole. Get stepped drill bit. Drill hole. That's how I do it.
