How HICAS works is that it doesn't just cut the rear wheels with the turn.
The rear wheels start of the turn by angling the opposite direction of the turn. This help bring your rear end around. Then the rear wheels turn the direction of the front wheels.
This system is great, but with higher horsepower it can cause the rear end to loose stability through fast corners. This is why many 300 owners have an eliminator kit installed to replace the hicas.
