any sensors come with that dcc? Or just the unit with harness? Is the harness cut?

I want to be the cheap guy coming into this massive thread and wanting to buy the cheapest thing in here. Rear calipers are in good shape? Ebrake works and all? If so shipped to 01267, how much?
