Trust oil pan in like new condition with baffles and all hardware.

What's the condition of the coating? Scratched up or decent? Is it all cosmetic or is there some thermal coating under the blue?

i am the second owner of the intake manifold. it looks all scuffed in the pictures but it is in really good condition. the red scuff in the picture is actually just a reflection. i do not know if it thermal coated, but i doubt it. i will post some better pictures very soon
