Does the bee*R rev limiter not work? i mean whats the case for it being AS IS? im up for picking it up pending on it working.

got it used and it's been waiting to be installed i honestly don't know if it works or not. pm's replied. sorry for still no pics....

The parts AS IS are because i honestly don't know condition they have been waiting on getting installed. If you dont like price throw me a offer.
