DC SPORTS HEADERS for S13/S14 KA24DE $SOLD

DC SPORTS Ceramic Coated Header for a KA24DE. = $SOLD

These headers typically cost around $400 plus shipping at your favorite store.

This header is brand new and has never been bolted up to any engine. This header will fit on s13 or s14 chassis with a KA24DE engine.

DC headers are known to produce good bottom to mid range power and flow exceptionally well on the top end. The smooth power increase is due to the 4-2-1 equal length tube design. DCs Ceramic coating is applied to reduce engine bay temps while maintaining the new shine unlike chrome or stainless steel headers that turn West Hollywood colors on you...

I prefer local pick-up and might even meet 1/2 way if im available. If shipped, the buyer will pay for the additional charge.

Pictures below are of the actual header you will receive.

feel free to ask any questions about this header.

~m

Stickers might work in many states but ca requires aftermarkets parts to fit in exact OEM location without moving the cat or O2 sensor location and plate fixed in a visible location on the part. So this throws any long tube header with the 1st O2 sensor in stock location out the door because the 1st O2 sensor on OEM is after all exhaust runners have merged. Long tube headers, including DC Sports, have only 2 primary tubes connected to the 1st O2 sensor (others only 1 tube) in the stock location.

S13 "DE" Reasons DC is NOT Legal
  1. 1st O2 sensor does not sample (connect) from all primary tubes.
  2. No CARB E.O. number stamped or plate tacked on header.
S14 "DE" Reasons DC is NOT Legal
  1. 1st O2 sensor does not sample (connect) from all primary tubes.
  2. 1st or Primary Cat is removed with the NHR4205 header
  3. No CARB E.O. number stamped or plate tacked on header.

LET NO ONE OR SITE FOOL YOU. DC HEADERS IS NOT 100% LEGAL IN CA ON ANY 240SX.

Most "Race Headers" are not. Honda DC headers are mostly leagal because they almost all use shorty style headers. They also merge into 1 collector prior to the 1st O2 sensor or have the O2 on 1 or 2 tubes from factory which make it easier for race headers to be legal.

Click this to go to the Turbo Mag article on NHR4205 long tube race headers.
