NRG Harness Bar - 49" Blue fits 89-98

Hmm I was actually thinking of this, question though. I've seen them installed with the supporting bar, that you have installed towards the seat rail, going through the arm rest panel of the back seat, is it adjustable?

Also I ask because I know the harness is supposed to be mounted where the harness is above your shoulders, and that looks like it'd be below; with the way its currently mounted.

Yes, the side bars are adjustable to pitch at different angles, and the entire bar can be pitched up or down. I too have seen the support bars cut through the rear side panels to mount the bar higher.
