this turbo will not funtion correctly without a new center piece!

I CAN SHIP ALSO.
I was screwing in the oil restrictor and the iron cracked and broke off. Here are pics of it.

Damn. So, does is it need a whole new center section because there's too much shaft play, or it leaks? Or is it just that the bolt's broken off in it?

can you clear up whats wrong with it? is it that the restrictor is broken or something else too?

the place where the oil line screws in cracked off.

The bolt is not stuck inside of it or anything like that, it is just where you thread the oil line in cracked off from the center section.
