Sr20det wiring harness modification question

Am I able to use speaker wire for the parts that are required to be modified? Like making a clip 2 feet longer etc.

should be fine as long as you use close to the same guage.

yes, but thats pretty tacky... just go buy some newer wire. you usually want to go bigger a gauge then what you are splicing into though.

NO NO NO NO NO don't half ass it go get normal wire from your local auto parts store speaker wire normally has different resentice then engine harrness wire you want to stick with the same kind or as close to it as possable. using speaker wire can cause major problems down the line ie: FIRE so its your choice but i have repaired many harnesses becasue of people not doing them right.
