Lock problem s14...

Hey i've never had this problem with my other 2 s14's but i think its to do with how many spacers im running, currently running 18x10 et 15 front, with a 40mm front spacer (30mm front fender), Basically its rubbing on the back of the tubs and can hardly get any lock its not mega low as my other cars were as low as this before. Just wandering what people have done to solve the problem? Just hammer the sill lips round? Or cut it out and remake a panel..
On this pic ive shown what the wheel is rubbing on, but its also rubbing in the back of the tub...
Yellow bit is what rubbing then further inside the arch

Adding to this just been out and smashed them out a bit, and changed it to a 25mm spacer.. still does it and i cant get to full lock... this is getting well anoying..

I dont have standard tension rods and i dont know the castor settings..

I just dont get how like frizzle runs a 10.5j -26 ssr vf1 (has the same front fenders as me and still has lock) as before mine were technically 18x10 -25 as shown in pic above
