| Premium Member ![]() | I had an auto pilot bushing on my 5 speed trans for like 15,000 miles. Blew out 2 clutches and 1 trans with it . I never realized the right pilot bushing wasn't in it. But anyways it wasn't very hard for me to get the pilot bushing out. I just got a flat head screwdriver and a hammer and chiseled it out. It only took a few hits and it crumbled and fell out. Maybe everyone else's experiences with getting them out didn't go as smoothly as mine.
