Where is my oil feed, coolant feed, and coolant return?

Everywhere says different, I can't seem to figure out where exactly my lines need to go on my car, because I didn't take them off. I bought the car in pieces as it needed a bit of work.

Also, What is my tranny missing? I put a yellow box around what i'm sure is missing.
