Sounds like a lifter or an injector, but idk i have never had a noise like that...

Does it run good, if it does i doubt its the injector, the more i think about it it could be the timing chain or a lifter imho....

yeah it runs great n all no problems, its just that rattle is so annoying i hear all the time, when im driving and at idle but when im driving i hear it until like 2500 rpms then it goes away til i go back down in that range of rpms, i thought it was a lifter at first but not idk, thanks for the help tho =)

Long shot, if it's not the motor then check your accessory pulley on the alternator or power steering, bearing might be bad.
