5 speed question

To do the 5 speed swap on my s13... ive seen different answers on this

Question is.... will the spacer plate that goes between my engine and and auto trans work with a 5 speed trans?

or do i have to get the transmission plate from a 5 speed?

i think they are the same, unless the auto one is a two piece style like on some cars.. i dont remember what mine looked like. if it goes all the way to the bottom of the tranny then your good.
