anyone worked with these guys? im really intrested in getting a pair for my S13 since im using S14 spindles. i know theres the route to where i can drill the coil but i perfer to keep it the way it is, to sell them later on. if you guys have any other options can i hear please thanks!

I'm using sleeves like these.

Not directly from that website, but as long as the sleeve is made from decent material with a 14mm OD and a 12mm ID, you should be fine.
