hey im converting my auto 240 to a manual, i just want to kno do i also have to change the center console?

No, Just unbolt the auto shifter surround and bolt in the shift boot.

just in case you dont know the pilot bearings are DIFFERENT!!!! get a manual one and pull out the original one!!! trust me

What does the pilot bushing have to do with the center console?

i would tell you to search but the question was already answered.
remove the radio/shifter trim. take off the 4 screws on the bottom to remove auto shift ring. get a manual shift boot and screw it in.

next time you have a dumb ass question use the search button before you make a thread. you could have found the answer to your question in one of the MANY auto-manual swap threads

or use 240sxtech.com lots of good stuff on there

This is only true for S13's. S14's need a different trim.
