Seriously, did you even try to mount it to see what you have to do? You weld in a 1.5-2" tab with a hole in it to put the stock bolt thru. If you're really lazy, get a big/thick ass washer to wedge the stock bracket in place.

i had a r32 seat rail in my s13 and i never used the 4th bolt.

never had any problems, even after getting tboned in the driver side of the car. seat never moved

3 out of 4 is enough.

yes they are mounted. it is just that the seller i bought it from for whatever reason cut the nonmatching tab on the drivers side right after the whole, where the tab bends from the rail. the floor mount hole is actually like elevated above the car floor and now the seat mount is resting in front of the floor mount, so it sinks down below the floor mount so now my seat is uneven. hope that makes sense. like you guys said it usually sits right at the edge of the floor mount but since it is cut it sits below and in front.

seat tab> \ /-\<floor bolt in

i got my carpet still in too. since the rail mount is cut and it sinks low it made the hole in the carpet bigger where the floor mount is. not to happy about that.

witty to bad you can't read. the tab that does not match is also cut so it sinks below the floor. that makes the seat UNEVEN so I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING about it.

Seriously. You have a bolt hole. You have a rail. Make a bracket that connects them. It's 60 seconds with a piece of flat stock.

well i don't know how to fab or weld. consulted with my friend and he helped me with it. i cut off the bracket from a s13 seat then we took off the bracket on the r33 all the way to the rail and then welded on the s13 bracket to the rail.

i couldn't add on a tab because it was cut at the bend and it looks like it was melted off, was not a clean cut.

it may seem easy to you guys but to someone with no welding experience it is hard to figure out especially since i want it so it won't break off.
