S13 clutch slave cylinder help!!

hey guys i need your opinion and help.

I'm having problems with my clutch slave cylinder. I keep changing it about ever 6 months and i don't know why.

i start to notice slave cylinder going bad when driving hard the day before then leaving it over night. the next day i try to start my car i can feel the clutch pedal has play but when i start driving again the pedal's play goes away. however yesterday i thought the clutch pedal was going to do the same thing like mushy at first then get hard when i started driving but i was wrong. the pedal actually got worst to the point where i could barely drive it back home.

This happens about every six months and every time i change my slave cylinder everything is back to normal until it goes bad again.

Can anyone give me an explaination why i have to keep changing my slave cylinder? I tried every brand of slave cylinders already. i have no problem changing it cause its a breeze but i'm just concerned if its normal or not and what i can do if its not normal. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!

Remove clutch damper. Connect master straight to slave. Bleed again and see.

the line is still stock.. but im going to change the line as well..

do you guys think an improperly adjusted pedal would cause the master cylinder to push the slave's rod out too much causing the seals to wearout?? i noticed that when everything was working fine.. i barely(as in probly an inch of force) have to put any pressure on the pedal to be able to shift..

i can't think of any else that could be wrong with my clutch sytem..

Correct. Improper pedal adjustment. There should be a small of amount of freeplay before any engagement, you could also be wearing the clutch a little and not know it if the pedal is too tight.
